This document (hereinafter: GTC) regulates the terms and conditions of use of the MyPro AI Coach service (hereinafter: Service). The legal relationship established between the operator of the Service (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the User is governed by the provisions set out below.
The MyPro AI Coach service is an artificial intelligence-based communication system; the responses generated by MyPro AI Coach are the results of algorithmic, AI-based processing. MyPro AI Coach does not replace professionals (coach, psychologist, psychiatrist, lawyer, etc.).
The User acknowledges that the responses are not provided by a natural person, but by artificial intelligence. The operation of the system is supervised by MyPro Solutions Kft., and human control is ensured. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not qualify as psychological, medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.
MyPro AI Coach does not make decisions instead of the Service Provider; it exclusively provides advice, ideas, or motivational messages; it does not evaluate, does not classify people, does not automate any human decision (e.g., does not select, does not authorize, does not reject); the User always decides how to act upon the AI’s responses.
The artificial intelligence system of MyPro AI Coach does not make autonomous decisions in the name of or instead of the User and does not result in legal or other similarly significant effects on the User’s life. The system exclusively generates suggestions and inspirational content; the final decision is always made by the User.

GDPR insurance: The Service Provider has data protection liability insurance.
In matters of data protection, we cooperate with Szilágyi and Regő Law Office (1054 Budapest, Alkotmány utca 4. 1st floor 2., represented by Dr. Renáta Szilágyi-Regő, attorney) in order to ensure that we always process Users’ personal data lawfully and in compliance with applicable legislation.
Service: the MyPro AI Coach web and mobile application providing artificial intelligence (AI)-based coaching and motivational functions.
User: any natural or legal person who registers and uses the Service.
Subscription / Package: an access format defined by the Service Provider providing monthly credits.
Credit: a unit required for the AI functions of the Service.
Privacy Notice: the GDPR-compliant document published by the Service Provider containing detailed rules of data processing. The Privacy Notice is available here: https://myproaicoach.com/privacy-policy
OpenAI: OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA), the company providing the AI technological infrastructure.

DPA (Data Processing Addendum): data processing agreement concluded between the Service Provider and OpenAI in accordance with the GDPR.
GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
This contract is concluded upon the User’s registration or upon the first use of the Service.
During registration, the User declares that they are over 18 years of age, legally competent, have read and accepted these GTC, as well as the Privacy Notice.
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, and the parties are entitled to terminate it at any time in accordance with these GTC.
Hungarian law shall govern the Service and the legal relationship between the parties.
MyPro AI Coach is an online platform that supports the User’s self-development, motivation, and goal-setting with the help of AI.
The Service is for informational purposes only and does not qualify as psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.
The Service Provider continuously develops the operation of the Service and is entitled to modify its content, format, and functions without prior notice.
The Service is available in web and mobile application form.
Description of the service provided by MyPro AI Coach: MyPro AI Coach is an AI-based development applying coaching methodology. Within the system, the User may conduct conversations and AI-based coaching processes with several pre-programmed AI coaches of different styles. The system explicitly applies coaching methodology.
The purpose of developing MyPro AI Coach is to make ethical and reliable AI coaching widely accessible.
The Service is for informational purposes only and does not qualify as psychological, medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. If such issues arise, the User expressly accepts that the Service has not been prepared for such topics, and its responses do not constitute professional advice and may not be used as such. MyPro AI Coach does not replace a human coach. The responses generated by MyPro AI Coach are the results of algorithmic, AI-based processing.
The Service operates on a credit basis.
Subscription content:
5000 credits / 30 days
Unused credits are automatically deleted at the end of the current month and cannot be carried over to the next period.
Credits automatically renew after 30 days if the subscription is maintained.
The 30-day period begins on the date of subscription.
The User may purchase additional credits at any time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless the User cancels before renewal.
The Service Provider is entitled to modify prices, and will notify Users in advance.
If the User’s subscription is inactive and the User does not log in for one year, the Service Provider deletes the personal data and the account for data protection reasons.
Each login automatically postpones deletion by one year.
The Service Provider notifies the User at the last known e-mail address prior to deletion.
The Service Provider processes data in accordance with the GDPR.
The Service Provider processes data in pseudonymized form, that is, in a manner not suitable for personal identification.
The Service Provider uses OpenAI technological services, but does not transfer any personal user data to OpenAI.
OpenAI processes only pseudonymized inputs on behalf of the Service Provider, in compliance with European Union data protection guidelines.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is in force between the Service Provider and OpenAI.
The detailed data processing rules are contained in the Privacy Notice, which must be accepted during registration.
Users are requested, during use of the MyPro AI Coach service, to share with MyPro AI Coach only those personal data concerning themselves that are strictly necessary for the effective use of MyPro AI Coach. Users are requested to share only those special categories of personal data concerning themselves that are strictly necessary for effective use. Users are requested not to share personal data concerning other natural persons during use of MyPro AI Coach.

Some important provisions regarding personal data processing are summarized below:
The Service Provider processes data based on the GDPR. Personal data are processed in pseudonymized form.
MyPro AI Coach applies pseudonymization to protect personal data. This means that the Service Provider, as data controller, can determine identity at most from the e-mail address (if it contains the full name), but this is stored separately and password protected. All personal data are stored separately so that subscriber activity can only become identifiable through a multi-step process.
MyPro AI Coach uses artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI. Accordingly, the Service Provider has concluded a data processing agreement with OpenAI Ireland Ltd., registered in Europe (Ireland), whose parent company is OpenAI L.L.C., registered in the United States. Accordingly, OpenAI Ireland Ltd. qualifies as data processor, and data transfers may occur to OpenAI L.L.C. Text messages provided by Users are transferred to OpenAI servers located in the United States.
The Service Provider has developed MyPro AI Coach so that the least possible personal data are transferred to OpenAI. The system does not transfer user-identifying personal data to OpenAI. OpenAI cannot identify which user submitted the given text.
Personal data suitable for identification that are recognized by the system (e.g., name) are masked (pseudonymized) during conversations. However, it may occur that MyPro AI Coach does not recognize certain information as identifiable personal data and pseudonymization is not performed; in such cases personal data may be transferred to OpenAI.
Personal data that are not direct identifiers (e.g., mood, feelings, information about the User provided during use) are transferred to OpenAI, as the system cannot recognize their personal data nature. Users are requested to use the Service with this awareness and provide only strictly necessary personal data.
Guarantees: Data transfer to the United States occurs, for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision regarding OpenAI.
The safeguard for such transfer is the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.
The SCC were developed by the European Commission to ensure EU-level protection when personal data are transferred outside the EU (e.g., to the USA). Most international providers (including OpenAI) incorporate SCCs into their DPA.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) exists between the Data Controller and OpenAI Ireland Ltd. A copy of the DPA is provided upon request sent to our e-mail address.

Impact assessment:
The Service Provider prepared an impact assessment during the design phase of MyPro AI Coach and regularly reviews it.
The AI systems used are based on statistical, machine learning, and natural language models and are not infallible.
Content generated by AI serves informational, inspirational, or self-development purposes only.
AI responses do not replace professionals.
The AI system does not make autonomous decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Accordingly, MyPro AI Coach qualifies as a “limited-risk artificial intelligence system” under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), to which transparency obligations apply.
The Service Provider ensures compliance with AI Act principles, especially human oversight, transparency, data protection, and non-discrimination.
The Service Provider is not liable for decisions, damages, or consequences arising from AI content.
The User uses the Service at their own responsibility.
The Service Provider conducts regular risk analysis under the AI Act and ensures human supervision. The User may contact the Service Provider if human intervention is required.
The registration interface states that responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice.
The purpose of the Service is to support self-awareness, personal development, and workplace efficiency. It does not constitute psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Information and suggestions are used at the User’s own responsibility.
MyPro Solutions Kft. makes every effort to ensure safe and continuous operation but is not liable for:
The Service Provider’s liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.
The Service is offered exclusively as a digital self-development and self-awareness tool.
It does not aim to replace human professionals but to complement them.
MyPro Solutions Kft. assumes no responsibility for economic or market damages claimed by other persons (e.g., coaches, trainers, competitors).
Liability may be limited under Section 6:152 of the Hungarian Civil Code.
The Service does not aim to harm reputation or business interests of others.
The User must:
Accounts violating rules may be deleted without prior notice.
Software, design, logo, interface, and content are intellectual property of the Service Provider.
The User may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Service Provider may use anonymized data for statistical and development purposes.
The Service Provider is not entitled to use user conversations for service development.
The Service is provided “as is”.
The Service Provider is not liable for:

If unresolved, the User may turn to a Conciliation Board or court.
Hungarian law applies; jurisdiction is the court at the Service Provider’s registered office.
The Service Provider is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (e.g., war, natural disaster, network failure, power outage, provider error, etc.).
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend these GTC.
Users are notified by e-mail or on the website; new terms enter into force 14 days after publication.
By registering, the User declares that:
This document supersedes previous GTC versions.
In matters not regulated herein, the Hungarian Civil Code and data protection laws apply.
